Hibiscus is a vigorous, upright grower, with large pink flowers that are attractive to pollinators. Twenty-eight species of butterflies and moths use this as a caterpillar host plant. Although Hibiscus is native to wetlands of the Southeastern US, it will grow in average soil as well. It is very late to emerge in the spring, so be patient with this beauty!
