Both leaves and flowers are edible.  The seed is called coriander.  Prefers cooler soil temperature.  Direct sow beginning after last frost thru summer in succession every few weeks.  For best success, gently crush outer seed capsule and soak for 24-48 hours before planting.  Germinates in about 10 days.  Thin to 3-4 inches once 2 inches tall.  50-55 days to leaf harvest.  White flowers in about 90 days attractive to pollinators and beneficial insects.
