The striking colors of this showy native of Mexico and Guatemala bloom all summer long. These versatile plants are excellent for flower beds, mass plantings, and containers.  They are often recommended as companion plants in the vegetable garden.  Tend to be smaller and more compact than Tagetes erecta.
Direct sow after danger of frost ¼” deep in sunny location. Germinate in about a week at 70-75 degrees. Can be started indoors for earlier bloom about 10 weeks before outdoor planting.
